JC's Place Inc. Eligibility Checklist 

JC's Place Inc. is committed to supporting veterans in need by providing housing and essential services. To determine eligibility for our programs, please review the checklist below. 

Eligibility Requirements 

✅ Veteran Status 

• Must be a U.S. military veteran. 

• Provide proof of service (DD-214, VA ID, or other official documentation). 

• National Guard and Reservists may qualify if they meet active-duty requirements. 

✅ Homeless or At Risk of Homelessness 

• Currently without stable housing (living on the streets, in a shelter, or temporary housing). 

• Facing eviction or at risk of losing current housing. 

✅ Financial Hardship 

• Low-income or no income. 

• They struggle to afford stable housing, food, and other necessities. 

✅ Willingness to Participate in Support Programs 

• Open to receiving housing, employment, financial literacy, and wellness support. 

• I am willing to follow program guidelines and work toward self-sufficiency. 

✅ Special Considerations (Reviewed on a Case-by-Case Basis) 

• Veterans with disabilities, mental health concerns, or substance abuse recovery may qualify for additional supportive services. 

• Spouses and dependents of eligible veterans may receive limited assistance based on available resources.
